Evaluation Criteria & Scoring
Your FCC Form 470 posting date and the bids you received go in. Out come a price-weight check, an earliest allowable contract date and a documented record of your provider selection. The workbook confirms that price of eligible services carries more weight than any other single factor, and counts the wait of at least four weeks after the Form 470 is posted (28 days) before you make commitments. It also converts the eligible cost you classify into price points and builds a document retention index with retain-until dates. Every E-Rate rule it applies sits in a versioned reference row quoting 47 CFR Part 54 as read on eCFR, with its citation and effective dates, for you to confirm; the scores and the selection are entered by your own people.
