Evaluator Scoring and Consensus Workbook

Each evaluator's scores go in and a weighted ranking comes out, with every step between them recorded. Each evaluator scores every proposal on their own scoresheet against the anchored ratings you write. The workbook then flags any criterion where the spread between evaluators exceeds the threshold you set, and records the committee's agreed score with a written rationale per criterion. From those agreed scores it computes the weighted ranking and applies the tie rule you chose. The workbook supplies no weights, scores or spread thresholds; every figure in it is your own.
