Procurement Method Selector

Enter a purchase's funding source, estimated dollar value and date, and the Procurement Method Selector returns the procurement method and documentation list from the threshold rows in force on that date. Every threshold and method rule is a row in a versioned reference table with its citation and effective dates, so a purchase logged last year still shows the rule that applied then. The micro-purchase and simplified acquisition thresholds are dated from 48 CFR 2.101: $10,000 and $250,000 from 2020-08-31 to 2025-09-30, and $15,000 and $350,000 from 2025-10-01.
